Contacting us

When you submit an inquiry, we store the details you provide, including your name, company, email address, message and optional country or region, so that our team can respond and follow up. The inquiry is stored before an email notification is sent to our team. We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after the latest business contact, then review whether they are still needed.

Optional website analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, we record the pages and products or cases you view, the referral website when available, limited campaign labels and an anonymous session identifier. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you send an inquiry during the session, we link these visits to your inquiry to understand which content is useful.

The server estimates country or region from your network address using an offline IP database. It does not send your address to a geolocation service. The estimate can be inaccurate and is separate from the country you provide. We do not record keystrokes, use fingerprinting or identify you across devices. Analytics records do not contain your name, email address or message.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You may change it using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page. Declining analytics does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests are treated as a choice to decline.

Security, storage and access

Our website is hosted by Bluehost in the United States. The hosting server maintains access logs to operate and secure the website, independently of optional analytics. These can include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, referral information and browser details. We retain archived access logs for 90 days. Optional visit details are retained for about 180 days, with complete-month rotation taking up to one additional month; monthly summaries are retained for 24 months.

Inquiry and analytics records are kept in private server storage with administrator access. Authorized administrators may download a backup for business continuity. Such downloaded copies are managed by the company. Website changes are deployed through GitHub; inquiry records and backup files are not stored in the source repository.

Your choices and requests

For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you submitted, contact sales@njleader.cn. Include enough information for us to locate the inquiry. We may need to verify that the request relates to your own information.
